He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramos Spady and Wilma Spady (Pope); his wife Eleanor "Gray" Spady (Martin); his brother Roland (Jean); his son Dennis; and his granddaughter Adrienne Beale.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Wayne (Darlene) and Teresa Beale (Richard); his daughter-in-law Linda Spady (Saunders); and his grandchildren, Wayne, Brandon, Brock, Blake Spady, Derrick and Lane Beale. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Carrolton Volunteer Fire Department or the Relay for Life of Isle of Wight - The American Cancer Society.
