Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Randall Franklin Kisling of Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 67, on September 25, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Franklin Kisling and Delilah Hensley Kisling; and his brother Galen Tony Kisling. He is survived by: his spouse Cherlene Williams; his children, James Everette Kisling (Melissa Ann Kisling) and Chassity Kisling (Daniel Gilchrist); his grandchildren, Jada Brooke Kisling and Mason James Kisling; and his sisters, Linda Faye Watson, Carolyn Sue Rogers and Sandra Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In keeping with COVID-19 guideline and restrictions, face coverings are required and social distancing is encouraged.
Memorial contributions may be made to Landmark Tabernacle Church or Covenant Pentecostal Church in Elkton.
