He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Whitfield Hensley, Sr. and Dorothy Gray Hensley; his wife Gloria Ann Hensley; and his sister Joann Dean. He is survived by: his daughters, April Cubbage (Keith) of Luray and Michele Hensley (Kevin Comer) of Harrisonburg; his siblings, Jefferson "Buddy" Hensley, Jr. of Elkton, Barbara Knighton of Elkton and Patty Berry (Doug) of Elkton; and his granddaughters, Sydney Cubbage and Olivia Comer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
