He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Reeves and Franklin Cummings; and his wife Emma "Sarah" Baughman. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah McLaughlin of Falls Church, VA; his daughter-in-law Joyce; his grandchildren, Kimberly Cummings of Woodbridge, VA, Sandi Mathers of Seattle, WA and Gregory Mathers (Robin); his great grandchildren, Lila Kate and Gavin of Lafayette, CA; his granddaughter Susan Monaghan; his great grandchildren, Connor John, Alexandra and Tiana of Pleasanton, CA; and his sister-in-law Voncile Baughman of Richmond, VA.
In lieu of flowers memorial denotations may be made to the The Salvation Army.
