He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Payne and Frances Payne. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Payne; his son Tony Payne (Germaine); his brother Forest Payne of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Shawna Clark of Forest and Iesha Payne of Lynchburg; and his great grandchild Jaliyah Rose of Lynchburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
