He was predeceased by: his parents, Versie Silcox and Jimper Bartley; and his siblings, Bill Bartley, Bob Bartley, Ben Bartley and Betty Colley.
He is survived by: his spouse Fay Moore Bartley; his grandchildren, Casi Bartley and Jordan Bartley; his great grandchild Carolina Bartley; his daughter Debbie Dowdy; his sister-in-law Brenda Bartley; and his stepgrandchildren, Darian, Jillian, Brooklyn, Jamesyn, Ireland and Mason. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
