It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Litchford Miles (Rustburg, Virginia), who passed away on February 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Litchford and Virginia Litchford; her husband Alvin Miles; and her brother C. D. Litchford. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Powell (Terrell) of Evington, VA and Gloria Tweedy (Marc); her grandchildren, Jason Tweedy (Bridget) of Forest, VA, Amanda Elliott (Mark), Holly Dellheim (Ham) and Lynchburg; and her great grandchildren, Briella Tweedy, Barrett Tweedy, Brittyn Tweedy, Braeleigh Tweedy and Addison Elliott.
