She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Frederick; her sons, Gary Lee Burnett and Michael Clifton Burnett; and her granddaughter Tammy Lyn King. She is survived by: her son John William Burnett (Leigh Ann) of Rural Retreat; and her brother Dennis Allison (Sherril) of Austinville. She is also survived by two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
