He was predeceased by: his parents, James Burnette Kell and Katherine Thomas Hicks Kell. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. Kell; his child J. Robert Kell, Jr. (Melissa); his grandchildren, Landon, Brodie, Colby and Stephanie Pollard (Troy); his great grandchildren, Emily and Melanie Robinson (Travis); and also, Zachary (Alyssa), Courtney and Alec Clay Robinson.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Freedom Tabernacle Food Pantry.
