It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Andrew Williams (Rural Retreat, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williams, Jr. and Betty Alice McCormick Williams; and his sisters, Dixie and Donna Williams. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Davidson Snead; his daughter Whitney Spicer; and his brother Robert Marshall Williams of Marion, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
