She was predeceased by: her parents, Conley Neel and Eula Llewellen Brown Neel; her husband Harold Martin Foglesong; and her siblings, Leta N. Deacon, Herman Neel, Carroll Neel and Vernon Neel.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas M. Foglesong, Sara Stancato (Jed), Amy Franco, Sheila Foglesong (David Miller), Jack Brandt, Master Chief Thomas Brandt (Simona), Mike Foglesong (Sharon), Amanda Akers (Jonathan), Melissa McNutt (T. J.) and Samantha Bates (Raymond); her great grandchildren, Collette, Michael, Bradley, Kendra, Hannah, Chase, Liam, Cassidy Rose, Teona, Paolo, Carrie, Ben and Marcus; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Foglesong and Doris Neel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
