He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry, Sr. and Louise Linkous. He is survived by: his parents, Carol Smallwood and Brian Smallwood of Rural Retreat; and his grandmothers, Stella Ann Smallwood of West Virginia, Teresa Hammon and Sandra Linkous of Speedwell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
