She is survived by: her husband Charles E.; her children, Lewis, Jr. (Elaine Havens), Carol Jean Baker, Vickie Dianne Blankenship (Ray Bratton), Mike (Joanna Havens), Barry (Brenda Havens) and Tommy Havens; her grandchildren, Brad, Johnna Havens, Donnie Havens, Eisle Havens, Dreama, John Church, Sharon, David Miller, Gary Wayne, Amy Blankenship, Monica Havens, Chelsea, Jonathon Roller, Ethan Havens, Shannon, Tammy Havens, Ashley Bennett, James, Carrie Havens, Broderick and Amanda Havens; and her sister Pauline Clark of California. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends.
