She was predeceased by: her husband David Blevins; her parents, Gertrude Hanlon and Howard Hanlon; her sister Cindy Zintel; her children, Jann Simmons and Jimmy Simmons; and her grandson Matt Bullion.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gertrude Potash of Pittsfield, MA and Charles Hanlon of Palm Desert, CA; and her children, Jill Price of Wytheville, VA, Joy Simmons of Rural Retreat, VA, Christy Stanley of Winston-Salem, NC, David Simmons of Rural Retreat and John Blevins of Rural Retreat. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 4 great granddaughters.
