She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Randolph and Nancy Reed Hall; her husband Marion H. Mathews Jr.; and her son David Richard "Dickie" Mathews. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Jo Mathews of Wytheville, Vicki (Rudy Aker), Faith (John Rose) and Larry R.; her daughter-in-law Debra Mathews of Cleveland; and her sisters, Peggy Powers of Marion and Kathy (Spence Lyon). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
