She is survived by: her parent Rosa Hess Shortt; her spouse Harvey; her daughters, Betty Hurt of Rowe, Joann Dye (Verlin) of Rowe and Brenda Jackson (Ron) of Rowe; her grandchildren, Lisa Harris (Junior), Darrell Blankenship (Tina) and David Dye (Ashley); her stepgranddaughter Jessica Whitt (Adam); her great grandchildren, Justin Harris (Danielle), Kaleb Dye, Gavin Whitt, Maggie Whitt and Brilly McCoy; her sister Effie Houchins; her close friends, Darrell Blankenship, Joetta Blankenship and Michael Fletcher; and also Meadows. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
