She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Simpson and Pauline Simpson (Calloway); her husband Charles "Bill" Harber; her former husband Doug Rogers; her siblings, Curtis Simpson, Jr., Johnny Simpson and Lavone Tipton (Roy); her sisters-in-law, Judy Simpson and Rose Simpson; her granddaughter Stephanie Hall; and her great grandchild Jimmy Rosario.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Rogers Hall and Arlene (David Caldwell); her stepdaughter Kathy (Jay Martin); her granddaughters, Kelly (Jessie Elkins), Jaime (Jason Cantrell) and Jessica (Justin Helton); and her siblings, Ronnie Simpson, Hugh Simpson and Betty Sue (Lee Shepard).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at the Morgan Cemetery.
