He is survived by: his former wife Carol; his daughter Lisa Messick; his grandchildren, Jamie Taylor and Bella Messick; his siblings, Anthony Carroll (Angela) of Jonesville, VA, Ernie Carroll (Jan) of Rose Hill, VA, Melissa Matthews (Allen) of Rose Hill, VA., Teresa Moore of Rogersville, TN, Rose Fee of Rose Hill, VA and Penny Carroll of Rose Hill, VA; his nephew Ralph Carroll; and his niece Angela Owens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews- and many more family and friends.
