He is survived by: his wife Judy Brooks Gregory; his children, David J. Gregory Jr. of Mt and Susan Gregory Wolfe (Jody) of Weber City, VA; his brother Bob Gregory of Knoxville, TN; his nephew Will Carter; his brothers-in-law, Donnie Brooks (Charlotte) and Ronnie Brooks; and also Pleasant.
