He was predeceased by: his parents, Donis Meadows and Mary Ballentine Meadows; and his brother John Meadows. He is survived by: his daughter Laura McLaughlin; his grandchildren, Jayla, Trace and Liam; his siblings, Loritta Kahler (James) and Michael Meadows (Angela); his sister-in-law Pamela Sheppard; his nieces and nephews, John Meadows, Jr., Amber Habeck, Patrick Meadows, Justin Meadows, Sara, Nicholas Kahler, Rachel Ward and Katherine Ramsey; and his cousins, Don, Mary Jane Kesler, Richard Wayne Kesler (Barbara Portanova) and Jerome Kesler.
