He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Duncan and Marguerite Duncan; and his siblings, Greg Duncan, Oscar Thornsbury, Carol Hicks and Shirley McDowell.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie McClammer Duncan; his daughters, Michelle Duncan Murphy (Mark) and Nicole Duncan Grubb (Adam); his grandchildren, Madesyn, Collin and Lucas; and his brother Billy Duncan, Jr..
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwest Virginia 2224 South Jefferson Street Roanoke, Virginia 24014.
