She is survived by: her children, Jan Burnette (Glen) of Ringgold and James "Jim" Fowlkes, II; her wife Lisa of Sutherlin; her grandchildren, Jennifer Burnette, Laurie Burnette, Kimberly Wood and Amy Fowlkes; and her great grandchildren, Alexis Betts and Raelyn Wood.
