She was predeceased by: her spouse Eugene C.; and her brothers, Preston Tate, Floyd Tate and Ray Tate. She is survived by: her children, Gayle Barts (Larry) of Sutherlin, Phyllis Milloy, Terri Wentz and Mark E. Ferguson (Kathy) of Columbia, S. C.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
