He is survived by: his wife Beckie Osborne; his children, David Osborne (Debra) of Richlands, Gary Osborne (Sherry) of Rocky Gap, Lisa Alley (Tommy) of Richlands and Terry Osborne (Melissa); his siblings, Elice Osborne (Mary) of Raven, Chap Osborne of Raven, Virginia and Hattie Short (Mose) of Powhattan, Virginia; his grandchildren, Robert Osborne (Amanda) of Richlands, Virginia. and Kayla Osborne (Brandon) of Richlands, Virginia; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael Shrader and Hope Jackson. He is also survived by son Eleven great grandchildren, five step great-grandchildren, and one step great-great grandchild.
