She is survived by: her daughters, Jayda and Cora Slate; her parents, Teresa Mullins and Jimmy Mullins; her siblings, Cassandra Nicole "Nonnie" Jones and Christopher "Bubby" Rose; her siblings-in-law, Corey Jones and Laytoya Rose; her nieces and nephews, Ky'Anna "KyKy", Kaneysha "Neyshie" Jones, Quan Jones, Malachi "Tippy" Rose and Darius "Chunk" Rose; the father of her children Derek Slate of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; her grandmother Leola Joyce Mullins of Pea Patch, Virginia; and her aunts and uncles, Terry L. Wright (Kim) of Franklinton, NC, Samuel Wright (Vanessa) of Fort Bragg, NC, Billy Wright of Bandy, Virginia, Daniel Wright of Bandy, Virginia, James Mullins (April) of Blacksburg, Virginia., Odetta Altizer (Glen) of Bristol and Susie Mullins of Raven, Virginia.. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
