She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vance and Mary Ellen Griffith Vance; her husband Samuel Matthew Brown; and her siblings, Eddie Gross, Darrell Gross and Betty Ann Vance.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Phillips (Leslie), Samantha Brown, John Brown (Heather) and Angela Lowicki (Bill); and her brothers, Perry Vance and Wayne Vance.
