He is survived by: his spouse Betty Hageman; his children, David Houghtaling of Reston and Nancy Behun (Rick) of Williston; his grandchildren, Jennifer Deleon (Cesar), Dan Behun (Hyunhee) and Steven Behun (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Marie, Cesar, Ava and Adalyn.
Walter W. Houghtaling, 94, of Shelburne, formerly of Delmar, died on August 2, 2018, from Alzheimer's in Shelburne.
