We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2018, at the age of 78, Ronald Gilmore Copeland (Reston, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Gilmore Copeland. He is survived by: his parent Helen Copeland; his wife Emlyn J. Copeland; his children, Gregory, Kenneth (Stacy) and Juliana Hicks (William); his grandchildren, Kayla Copeland of Kendall Hicks, Quinton Copeland of William Hicks, Cameron Copeland and Julian Copeland; and his brothers, Dennis Copeland (Joy) and Chauncey Copeland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
