He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Whitham and Ruth Whitham. He is survived by: his children, Cathy, Mike (Pat) and Betty (Bob); his grandchildren, Megan, Walter, Olivia, Sam, Tori, Mary and Dave; and his sister Linda Folda (Jaro).
