She was predeceased by: her spouse Leonard Fagan; her parent Thomas J. Egan; and her siblings, Noel, Frank, Thomas, Marie and Carmel.

She is survived by: her parent Mary Christine Egan; her sister Rosaline Kunick (Bob); her brother-in-law Al Lavey; her daughters, Susan Inscoe (Don), Lee Anne Burkett (John), Gail Fagan Ames (Bill) and Carol Fagan; and her grandchildren, Megan Seid (Dan), Kelsey Inscoe, Ryan Inscoe (David), Kyle Burkett (Jennifer), Melissa Burkett (Anthony) and Kevin Burkett. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Anne Fagan's name to The Pancreatic Action Network, Pancan.org in honor of her husband, Leonard who passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2005.
