We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2020, at the age of 63, Philip Wayne Newby (Radford, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Edward Newby; and his sister Linda Lovern. He is survived by: his children, Philip Newby, Jr. and Angela Newby; his fiancée Valerie Cronin; his mother Frances Viola Lester Newby; and his siblings, Lewis Newby, Jr. and Betty Newby. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association.
