He is survived by: his wife Amanda Bain; his adoptive daughter Jennifer Musselman (Bobby); his siblings, David Bain and Ocie Ratliff; and his siblings-in-law, Joann Sowers, Margie Mannon (Tommy), Carol Crigger (Dennis) and Dennis Criner. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
