She is survived by: her husband Samuel James Waddell Sr.; her children, Deborah DeVore, Dennis Harlow, Donna Rondinelli and Daryl Harlow; her siblings, Margie Marshall, Dorothy Fleming, Laverne Whitlow, Mary Skelton, Melody Clarke, Woodrow "Woody" Samuels, William "Billy" Samuels and David Samuels; and her grandchildren, Daniel DeVore, Amanda DeVore, Brandon Harlow, Kevin Jourdan, Rhianna Beasley and Joseph Rondinelli. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
