He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Chinn and Mary Chinn; his wife Jean McDaniel Utterback Chinn; and his granddaughter Debra Utterback. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cathy Carbaugh, Judy Brown and Billy Utterback; his nephew Mike Bridge; his niece Susan Maggard; and his close friend Sonny Dickens. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
