She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Wilson Terry and Syble Nave Terry; her husband James E. Shurbet; and her son Terry Neely. She is survived by: her sister Marcia Marshall of Jackson; her children, Michelle Neely Rubis (Steve) of Purcellville, Virginia and Tim Neely (Tammy) of Bellevue; and her niece Heather Bruglia (David). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
