He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Thomas Ray; his parents, Henry and Merle; his niece Johanna; his daughter Kammie; his wife Susie Parnell Windham; his pet Pearl of Purcellville; his daughter Michelina Windham of Leesburg, Virginia; his siblings, Jerry Windham (Pat) of College Station, Texas and Gail Windham of Manhattan Beach, Calif.; and his sister-in-law Maria Windham of Fort Worth, Texas. He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces and cousins.
Due to Covid 19 limitations a private service will be held on Friday January 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Purcellville Baptist Church, 601 Yaxley Drive, Purcellville, VA 20132.
