With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adam Jeffrey Caudill of Purcellville, Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 15. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Adam's name to Thumbs Up for Adam to develop a foundation to give back to others in Adam's spirit of kindness. (Please see link below).
