He is survived by: his close friend Helen Dean of Pulaski; his children, Stephen Porter (Patricia) of Proyer, OK and Tracie Cortez; his sisters, Linda Viars of Ivanhoe, Diane Porter of Ivanhoe and Louise Shipwash of Piny; his grandchildren, Stephen James Porter, Jr., Amy Beth Porter-Stig and Joshua Winton Ray Porter; his great grandchildren, Lila Porter, Kaden Porter, Ezekiel Willan Porter, Emberleigh Stig, Hunter Fields, Jaxson Hurst, Izabella Hurst and Roman Stump; his nephew Greg Ayers; his stepchildren, Dana Michelle Dean and Jerry Hughes Dean, Jr.; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Hurst and Amanda Stump.
