He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Underwood and Ida Marie Lewis Underwood; his son Anthony Underwood; and his siblings, Bill Underwood, Kenneth Underwood, Ann Palmer and Maxine Underwood.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rose Underwood; his children, Dale "Chris" Underwood, Dru Lynn Underwood, Rita Dixon, Tonya U. Hough (Mike), Front Royal and Terry Wayne Underwood (Shendale); his grandchildren, Laura Neugebauer, Makayla "Paige" Underwood, Michael Chrisman Hoback, Bronson Dale Underwood, Lexi Drusilla Lynn Dixon and Terry Underwood, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Berkley Scott Underwood and Wyatt Liam Neugebauer; and his siblings, Ray Underwood (Jo), Melvin Underwood (Bertha), Freddie Underwood, Dana Underwood and Darlene Jones (Carl).
