It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Talbert of Pulaski, Virginia, born in Radford, Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy McNew Weller and Daniel A. Shouse; her siblings, Danny Shouse and Debbie Shouse; her stepfather Duane L. Weller; and her niece Kelli Roark.
She is survived by: her close friend Ronald Hamblin; her children, Michelle Renee Frost and Charles Cecil Talbert (Rachel); her grandchildren, Kristopher Brian Hayes, Bryan Austin Talbert and Zoey Beth Talbert; her great grandchildren, Burkley Lynn Hayes, Conner Akers and Lily Akers; and her sister Karen Sue Hogston (Ed).
