He is survived by: his children, Donnie Franklin Hale of Pulaski, David Thomas Hale (Nancy) of Pulaski, Barry Hale (Vicki) of Pulaski, Ben Hale (Maleah) of Christiansburg and Amanda Elizabeth Witherspoon of Pulaski. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
