It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Edna Howard of Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubie Stover Knode and Arvel Monroe Knode; and her brothers, Eldee Knode, Dan Knode, Bascom Knode, Wesley Knode, Kenneth Knode, Ned Knode, Lewis Knode and Doug Knode.
She is survived by: her husband Olaf J. Howard of Pulaski; her children, Tracy Howard (Ann) of Radford, Todd Howard (Sally) of Draper and Karen Taylor (Scott) of Bella Vista, AR; her grandchildren, Amanda Copeland, Brendan Howard, Daley Howard, Cora Taylor, Lauren Howard and Aaron Howard; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Howard, Graham Copeland, Judd Copeland, Lacey Copeland and Hazel Howard.
