He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lovell and Nancy Lovell; and his brother Dennis Lovell. He is survived by: his son David P. Lovell (Kristi) of Pulaski, VA; his granddaughters, Megan "Sassy" Fisher (Anthony) of Draper, VA and D'Anne D. J. Lovell (Gabe Roberts) of Pulaski, VA; his great grandchildren, Austin of Draper, VA and Eli Fisher of Draper, VA; and his sister-in-law Juanita Lovell.
