He is survived by: his wife Audrey Yvonne Reaves Webb; his children, Gary Preston Webb (Elaine) of Grahams Forge, Kathy Ellen Webb of Allisonia, Cynthia Webb Mannon of Dublin and Henry Carl Webb (Rebecca); his sisters, Annabelle Turman and Glenna Watson (Billy) of Fairlawn; his grandchildren, Jamie Graham, Tonya Sark, Preston Webb, Amanda Mannon, Brandon Katelyn Morrison, Hannah Morrison, Sarah Webb and Samantha Mathews; his great grandchildren, Tanner Sark, Brady Sark, Isaac Webb, Ivory Morrison, Deklyn Harriman, Maggie Metz, Drew Coleman, Emmalyn Murphy, Mason Mannon, Lacie Lytton, Isabella Mathews and Grayson Mathews; and his great great grandchild Baylor Houston Sark.
