He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie C. Stoots Dalton and Jethro E. Dalton; his wife Wilma Shelor Dalton; and his siblings, Coble Dalton, Junior Dalton, Almeta Hagee and Audrey Cowan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa J. Dalton King (Douglas) of Max Meadows and Janice D. Linkous (Jim) of Pulaski; his grandchildren, Justin Julian (Georgia), Corey Underwood (Colorado), Jordyn Linkous (Florida) and Ashlee Linkous (Pulaski); and his great grandchildren, Zoey Julian and Layne Whitt.
