He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Carol Anderson Neal; and his grandparents, Claude, Blanche Anderson, Sandige and Glenna Neal.

He is survived by: his father Gary Keith; his daughter Peyton Carol Neal; the mother of his child Christine of Hanover; his stepmother Jewell Neal of Powhatan; his siblings, Gary Shannon Neal and Stephanie Neal Smith; his niece Madelynn Smith; and his nephew Logan Smith. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
