He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Meadows and Hildred Meadows of Rowe, Virginia.; his wife Karen Walk Meadows; his son Taylor Meadows (Shawnna) of Pounding Mill, Virginia; his granddaughter Revi Jane Meadows; and his siblings, Allen Meadows of Rowe, Virginia and Cindy Lambert (Kip) of Lebanon, Virginia..
