We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 69, Rita Diane Musick of Pounding Mill, Virginia, born in Tazewell, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ellis Byrd; her parent-in-law Ocie; her stepfather Herman Allen; her sister Sandra McGlothlin; and her great grandchild Josephine Honaker.
She is survived by: her mother Maudie Pruitt; her husband Dennis Musick; her daughters, Denise Harris (Tracy) of Pounding Mill, VA and Sandra Lowe (Jason) of Pounding Mill; her brothers, Larry Byrd (Linda) and Jerry Pruitt; her grandchildren, Diana Houchins (David), Christopher Osborne, Isabella Honaker (Walton) and Joseph Harris; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Alivia, Izaiah, Samuel and Josiah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family ask that flowers be omitted and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for medical bills.
