She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Howard" Phillips and Virginia Mae Waldron Phillips; her brother David Crockett Phillips; and her granddaughter Helmandollar. She is survived by: her son Corey Brian Davis (Melissa) of Church Hill, TN; her sisters, Sharon Pauley (Steve) of Bishop, VA, Patricia Salana (Jeff) of Wilkesboro, NC and Ann Baker of Tazewell, VA; her grandson Benjamin Keene (Michelle) of Blountville, TN.; the father of her child Roger Davis; and her caregiver Brenda Rose. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
