He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ellen Owens Meadows and Joe Roger Smith. He is survived by: his wife Megan Smith; his children, Easton, Bransyn and Ava-Reese; his parents, Joe Smith and Gail Smith; his brother Tanner Smith (Nikki); his nephew Noah Smith; and his grandparents, Parlie Meadows and Roberta Ritchie.
The family asks that no flowers be sent but instead donations can be made to any of the following organizations that Joe was actively involved in: The Anchor at Souls Harbor, 77 Souls Harbor Lane, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609.
